How does voice pricing work now?
You pick a vendor and a TTS model (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Sarvam, or Inworld). Voice cost is that model’s pass-through rate — not a CallSeeds markup tier. Typical talk-time estimates (voice only): gpt-4o-mini-tts ≈ ₹1/min, Flash v2.5 ≈ ₹2/min, Eleven v3 ≈ ₹4.2/min, Bulbul v3 ≈ ₹1.5/min, Inworld TTS-2 ≈ ₹2.5/min. How do credits work?
1 credit = ₹1. You top up your wallet (minimum ₹1,000) and usage is deducted from your balance. No monthly platform fee, no seat fees.
What happens when my balance runs low?
We email you before you run out, and you'll see a banner in the dashboard. If the balance hits zero, calls pause until you top up — you never get a surprise bill.
Is the first phone number really free?
Yes. Your first CallSeeds business number is free for 30 days. After that it renews at ₹200/month from your credit balance. Extra numbers are ₹200/month from day one.
How does Ad Studio billing work?
Ad Studio is included in the dashboard. Creating a Reel uses credits from the same wallet as calls — stills, voiceover, music, and the final merge. The Usage page tags those debits as Ad Studio so they stay separate from phone minutes.
Do WhatsApp confirmations cost extra?
Appointment and order WhatsApp messages use your approved Meta/Plivo templates. Message delivery follows your WhatsApp/Plivo plan; CallSeeds does not add a separate WhatsApp seat fee.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Pricing is pay-as-you-go — top up when you need to and stop anytime. Unused credits stay in your account.
