How do credits work?
1 credit = ₹1. You top up your wallet (minimum ₹1,000) and calls are deducted from your balance based on call length and the voice tier your agent uses. No monthly platform fee, no seat fees.
What happens when my balance runs low?
We email you before you run out, and you'll see a banner in the dashboard. If the balance hits zero, calls pause until you top up — you never get a surprise bill.
Do I need a new phone number?
You can rent a dedicated business number from us for ₹200/month, or forward your existing number to it. Numbers renew automatically from your credit balance.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
