CallSeeds

For restaurants, cafes & cloud kitchens

Dinner rush at the counter. Zero missed orders on the phone.

The phone always rings loudest at 8:30 pm — the exact moment your counter staff is packing orders three-deep and the kitchen is calling out tickets. A caller who can't get through doesn't wait; they open an aggregator app and pay someone else's commission instead of ordering direct from you.

CallSeeds puts an order-taking agent on your restaurant line. It knows your menu — sizes, prices, what's out of stock — takes the full order, reads it back, and drops the details on WhatsApp. Order-status calls ("bhaiya, kitna time?") get answered from your live order board instead of interrupting the kitchen.

Build and test your agent in the browser before a single real call. No card needed to start.

The problem

The dinner-rush phone problem

1

Peak hour = peak misses

Your call volume and your kitchen load spike together. The calls you miss at 8:30 are direct orders — full margin, no aggregator cut — walking straight to a competitor.

2

"Where's my order?" interruptions

Status calls are half your ring volume on a busy night. Each one pulls someone off the pass to squint at the order board for information the caller could've had in ten seconds.

3

Order errors under pressure

A shouted phone order scribbled during the rush is how paneer becomes chicken and one becomes two. Wrong orders cost food, refunds, and reviews.

What it does

What the restaurant agent does

Import your menu once — the agent handles ordering, status checks, and the endless hours-and-location questions.

Takes complete orders

Item by item against your real menu — sizes, variants, quantities, delivery address. It asks about size when a dish has options and reads the whole order back before saving.

Answers order-status calls

The agent looks up the caller's order by phone number or order ID and tells them where it is. The kitchen never gets interrupted for a status check again.

Knows prices and stock

Prices come from your inventory, never guessed. When biryani's finished for the night, the agent stops offering it the moment you mark it out.

WhatsApp order details

The caller gets the full order and total on WhatsApp. No arguments at pickup about what was ordered.

Table reservations

Dinner for six on Friday? Booked against your table capacity with a confirmation sent — no reservation diary chaos.

Complaints become tickets

A wrong-item complaint turns into a structured ticket with the order number attached — handled the next morning, not lost in the rush.

Hear the difference

An order call during the rush

This is the whole transaction — no hold music, no shouting over the kitchen:

  • Callers can interrupt and change their mind mid-call
  • Every call is recorded, transcribed, and summarized
  • Bookings and orders confirm on WhatsApp automatically

Getting started

Live before this weekend's rush

01

Pick the restaurant template

The wizard asks what you serve, your languages, and whether you want orders, reservations, or both — then builds the agent around it.

02

Import your menu

Upload a menu photo or file — CallSeeds reads it into your inventory with sizes and prices. Mark items out of stock anytime and the agent adjusts instantly.

03

Do a test order

Call the agent from your own phone and order dinner. Check the WhatsApp summary. Adjust wording until it fits your counter style.

04

Point your number at it

New local number or your existing line — either way, the next dinner rush gets answered on ring one.

The in-app setup wizard builds a restaurants-ready agent from a short survey — instructions, greetings, tools, and hours included.

Questions

Restaurants teams usually ask

How does the agent know my menu?+

You import your menu into CallSeeds inventory — you can even upload a photo of the printed menu and it's read automatically. The agent quotes prices and sizes from that inventory and looks items up live during calls, so it never invents a price.

What about items that run out mid-service?+

Mark an item out of stock in the dashboard and the agent stops offering it on the very next call. When it's back, flip it back on.

Can callers check where their order is?+

Yes. The agent finds their order by the phone number they're calling from, or by order number, and reads out the current status — new, preparing, ready, or out for delivery.

Does it handle Hinglish orders?+

Naturally. "Do full butter chicken aur chaar naan" works exactly like fully-English ordering. Hindi, English, and Punjabi are all supported on the same call.

What does it cost versus aggregator commissions?+

Typical all-in cost is ₹1–2 per minute of talk time, so a complete order call costs a few rupees. Compare that with 20–30% commission on the same order through a food app — direct phone orders become your highest-margin channel again.
