These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CallSeeds websites, dashboards, and phone agent services operated by OneBase Technologies (OPC) PVT. LTD. (“CallSeeds”, “we”, “us”).

Services
CallSeeds provides software that enables AI agents to answer and handle business phone calls, plus related setup and reporting tools. Features may evolve as we improve the product.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
- You are responsible for how agents are configured and used on your numbers
- Do not use CallSeeds for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or spam calling practices
- Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service
Customer content and instructions
You retain rights to content and instructions you submit. You grant CallSeeds a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and consents needed for the calls and data you process through CallSeeds.
Third-party services
CallSeeds may rely on third-party infrastructure to deliver phone and AI capabilities. Their availability may affect your experience. We are not responsible for outages outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallSeeds disclaims warranties not expressly stated and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages. AI conversations can be imperfect — customers remain responsible for supervising deployments that affect callers.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
