Can I customize the agent’s voice, language, and personality?

Yes. Choose a vendor (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Sarvam, or Inworld), a priced model, then a voice — plus languages and personality. English, Hindi, and Punjabi are first-class. Pricing is per model, not per voice.

Can it book appointments and take orders?

Yes. Enable Appointments to book real calendar slots on the call, with WhatsApp confirmations to the caller and owner. Enable Orders & inventory to capture takeaway or delivery orders and send order details on WhatsApp.

Ad Studio creates Instagram-ready video ads in the CallSeeds dashboard. You pick a format, describe the business, build scenes from AI stills or your photos, add Hindi, English, Hinglish, or Punjabi voiceover, then download HD. Generation uses your credit wallet and is tagged Ad Studio on Usage. Your phone agent still answers the calls the Reel brings in.

Does CallSeeds replace my existing phone system?

Not necessarily. You can connect CallSeeds to the numbers you want answered by AI — for example after-hours calls, overflow lines, or a dedicated sales line — while keeping the rest of your phones as they are.

CallSeeds is pay-as-you-go: you pay for usage and phone numbers rather than per-seat licenses. Voice cost follows the TTS model you pick (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Sarvam, or Inworld) at pass-through rates — not CallSeeds “Standard / Enhanced / Premium” tiers. Typical talk-time voice estimates: gpt-4o-mini-tts ≈ ₹1/min, Flash v2.5 ≈ ₹2/min, Eleven v3 ≈ ₹4.2/min, Bulbul v3 ≈ ₹1.5/min, Inworld TTS-2 ≈ ₹2.5/min (plus STT, AI, and a small fixed fee).
